The Bulgarian scientist, Georgie Lozanov, is viewed as the founder of Suggestopedia. In the 1960’s, he pursued the question as to how people’s memories can be expanded by replacing inhibitory elements with factors that promote learning. With the help of various suggestive methods and learning steps, he was able to achieve astounding results – among other things, increased learning speed.
